Ascend values collaborative care with a clients health care team, to provide the higest quality, wholistic support for each individual.

We welcome referrals for individual, couples, family or group support.
You may be seeking additional care for your client in order to strengthen or facilitate additional recovery. Your client need not discontinue care with current providers.

In addition to providing direct clinical care, please know that we also enjoy; staff training and supervision, case consultation, patient advocacy and collaborative writing and research. We welcome further discussion regarding projects of interest.
