For individuals who need an additional level of support than outpatient therapy, ASCEND has an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorders.
IOP is a safe, structured, small-group environment. Groups of 5-6 Members meet three hours per day and three to six days per week, led by licensed professionals. IOP may be ideal for those who need more support than outpatient therapy, but do not need or fit the criteria for inpatient care.
For those needing a higher level of care, or transitioning from inpatient care, PHP (Partial Hospitalization Programming) is available.
