Leslie Hunt, LCPC, MBA-HA, holds Master’s Degrees in both Clinical Psychology and Health Care Administration. Additionally, she is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a wealth of experience in client triage, emergency management, psychotherapy, and transition of care. Ms. Hunt has successfully held a variety of positions in the mental health field including, health care management, utilization review manager, and case manager responsible for psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning and conducting both group and individual psychotherapy. Her collaborative style with physicians, hospital administration, case managers, nursing staff and patient’s family members, further contribute to her enormous success. Ms. Hunts diligent, dedicated, and determined attention to detail are some of the many qualities that insure efficiency and effectiveness in her leadership roles and in her capable patient care. We are grateful to welcome Ms. Hunt to Ascend and to our Champaign/Urbana Community.
