This unique combination of education set the foundation for his passion and expertise in the field.

With a broad education and experience, Drake can provide a unique perspective on mental health and has developed a multi-disciplinary approach. He utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory to guide his work. CBT is a talk therapy that helps an individual change negative thinking and behavior patterns. At the same time, Family Systems Theory is a perspective that looks at the individual as part of a more extensive system, in this case, the family unit, and how each member of the system interacts and affects the other. With this approach, Drake can help his clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and how they may impact their relationships with others.

Drake has trained in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and private practice. He has a wealth of experience working with individuals struggling to manage anxiety, depression, and performance difficulties. He prides himself on bringing a flexible approach to mental health, believing that every individual is uniquely different from the next. He takes the time to understand his client's unique needs, experiences, and goals, tailoring his therapy sessions to meet those needs best.

Drake is dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being and is committed to providing the highest care and support. Drake enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and traveling in his free time. These activities help him relax and recharge. Drake is a strong believer in self-care as a tool to improve mental health and daily functioning, encouraging individuals he works with to practice regularly.
